Overview
The Hydraflow T is a stainless steel turbine flow meter for clean, low-viscosity liquids, built for high-precision measurement in process, OEM and industrial applications. With a wide turndown and minimal pressure drop, it suits both small dosing lines and larger process pipes where accuracy and durability matter.
It is available from DN4 to DN300 across thread, flange and Tri-Clamp process connections, with standard flow ranges from 0.04 to 1500 m³/h depending on size. Accuracy is ±0.5% as standard, with a ±0.2% option, and wetted parts in SS304 or optional SS316L (with a 2Cr13 impeller) handle demanding media. Standard pressure ratings reach 6.3 MPa with thread connections, and up to 42 MPa is available as an option.
The meter offers pulse, 4 to 20 mA and optional alarm outputs, plus RS485 Modbus RTU and HART digital communication. It is powered from 24 V DC or a 3.6 V lithium battery, rated IP65 (IP67 optional) and carries an Ex d IIC T6 Gb explosion-proof rating for hazardous areas. A high-temperature version extends medium temperature to 150°C, and compact or remote mounting options fit varied installations.
