Overview
This utility billing software generates monthly consumer invoices and delivers them automatically, built for property and facilities managers, sub-metering operators, and utilities that bill tenants for metered consumption. It creates invoices in PDF and emails them via an SMTP account, and can notify consumers of the current bill by SMS through the Twilio API.
Bills are calculated per unit by deducting the previous reading from the current reading, with support for multiple tariffs (variable and fixed charges) and multiple tax rates. Each invoice carries the issuer’s logo, and bills can be printed, emailed, or sent by SMS to registered users.
The application is fully portable and licensed as a one-time purchase, supporting unlimited billing points and unlimited tenant records, with all data and settings stored in its working folder.
