    Business Development Manager

      
    We are seeking a dynamic and curious individual with a passion for sales to join our team as a Business Development Manager.
    In this role, the ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving revenue growth by developing effective sales strategies, attracting new clients, generating leads, negotiating deals, understanding the competitive landscape and managing sales of our products and services.

      

    Duties and responsibilities:
    • The role is focused on, but not limited to, overlooking and expanding the market share of the company by locating prospect markets and clients, developing relationships, negotiating, closing business deals and ensuring proper delivery.
    • Devising and implementing the strategy for meeting sales targets.
    • Studying markets, customers, channels, and product positioning.
    • Monitoring the external environment (market and competition) and identifying opportunities to fulfill the business unit objectives.
    • Show an understanding of the challenges facing the industry at present and illustrate a knowledge of the operational attention to detail that will be required to succeed within the industry.
    • Creating opportunities in target segments by identifying key people and business potential.
    • Following up new business leads/opportunities and setting up meetings.
    • Planning and preparing presentations.
    • Communicating new product developments to prospective clients.
    • Pitching new product developments to prospective clients.
    • Writing reports, utilizing company CRM and providing management with feedback.
    • Generating revenue from new and existing customers.
    • Generating long term strategic connections with key consultants and developers/owners/channel partners.
    • Work through the process of adding the brand name to major consultant’s vendor list.
    • Building relationships with existing customers in an attempt to increase their current spending.
    • Negotiating and closing commercial agreements.
    • Following up with order placement and delivery.
    • Ensuring correct delivery of the goods and products to the customers.

     

    Qualifications:
    • Proven work record in sales.
    • Able to research and build a sales strategy with forecasts.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
    • Familiar with CRM, sales and negotiation techniques and pipeline management.
    • Able to work with minimal supervision.
    • BSc. degree in Engineering.
    • Native Arabic speaker.
    • Native or bilingual proficiency in English.
